Structure
A2 writing requires practical communication. The short message gives the delay, arrival time, and instruction. The formal email explains the purchase, gives availability, and asks for confirmation.
Why this works
The informal message uses a relaxed tone and gives all three task points clearly. The formal email keeps the right register ('Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren', 'Können Sie ...?') and answers each task point with concrete information.
