1. Operator

Goethi is operated by Ahmed Ayman Ahmed Fouad Hamam. Questions: support@goethi.online.

2. Learning service

Goethi provides original German writing-practice materials and automated AI feedback. The current public learning content and checker are offered without a subscription fee. You must use the service lawfully and must not interfere with its security or operation.

3. No official affiliation or assessment

Goethi is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Goethe-Institut. Practice tasks are not official exam questions. AI feedback, bands and numerical indicators are learning aids only; they do not constitute an official assessment, certification, pass guarantee or prediction of an exam result.

4. Your submissions

You must have the right to submit the text you provide. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or unlawfully obtained material. Processing is described in the Privacy Notice.

5. Accuracy and availability

AI and editorial content can contain errors or become outdated. Check exact exam requirements with the relevant examination provider. The service may be changed, suspended or unavailable, and no uninterrupted availability is promised.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, site content and software are owned by the operator or used under licence. You may use public learning materials for personal study. You may not republish or sell substantial copies of the service without permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, Goethi is not responsible for decisions based solely on AI practice feedback or for indirect losses caused by use or unavailability of the service.
