We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a Goethi pack, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf.

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
2. Request a refund directly from your order, or contact Paddle support from that page.
3. You can also email us at support@goethi.online and we will help you start the process.

What happens next

Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days. After a refund, the corresponding samples will be re-locked on your account.
